How to order?

Does this real?

We are newly open and we understand your consideration, so we set cash on delivery as our primary payment method.

How long can I receive my order?

3-5 days, if we need more production days we will contact you to confirm. The carrier takes extra days (depending on your location) for delivery.

About the no discoloration guarantee?

From the day we deliver, if your phone case has any discoloration in 1 year we will make you new for free, and a shipping fee may be charged. The guarantee is not included human damages.

Why are you dare to provide the no discoloration guarantee?

We are using import sublimation ink to produce your phone case, unlike the normal printing process e.g. UV printing, the sublimation process will generate a photo layer on your phone case making the color hard to fade and fall.

Any hidden fees will be charged?

No, the price includes the free shipping and cash on delivery.

Can I refund the order?

No, Only if the product has a quality issue. Please understand that the printing product can not resell again, if you refund the make payment it will cost us a lot.

What if I refuse to make the payment?

If the customer refuses to make the payment, we will try to contact you in 7 days. However, if we can not reach you or you refuse to make the payment, we have the right to use your photo and information in any proposes.
